quotation enquiries.
This notice explains the information HX Solution (HXST) collects through this website when a potential buyer asks for a quotation or technical guidance. It must be checked against the final legal entity, operating process and Malaysia PDPA advice before public launch.
What we collect
The quotation form asks for your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, site location, application, target date, existing model, integration requirements, an optional supporting-material link and notes. The website also receives basic security information needed to prevent abuse, such as a hashed network address and submission time.
Why we use it
HXST uses the information to review product fit, confirm configuration and accessories, respond to the enquiry, coordinate technical support with Pyxis when required, and protect the form from spam. We do not publish or display quotation prices through this form.
Where it goes
Submitted enquiries are stored in the HXST quotation database hosted through the configured Cloudflare service. A notification may be sent to the HXST sales mailbox through the configured email provider. WhatsApp is an optional follow-up route; the website does not put the full enquiry contents into a WhatsApp URL.
Retention and requests
HXST should define and publish a retention period before launch. Until that period is approved, do not submit information that is not needed for a quotation. To ask about, correct or withdraw an enquiry, contact HXST using the details on the Contact page and quote your RFQ reference.
