quotation enquiries.
This notice explains the information HX Solutions Technology Sdn. Bhd. (HXST) collects through this website when a potential buyer asks for a quotation or technical guidance. It must be checked against the final operating process and Malaysia PDPA advice before public launch.
What we collect
The quotation form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number and application details. Company, business email, site location, target date, existing model, integration requirements, an optional supporting-material link and notes help HXST qualify the request but are optional. The website also receives basic security information needed to prevent abuse, such as a hashed network address and submission time.
Why we use it
HXST uses the information to review product fit, confirm configuration and accessories, respond to the enquiry, coordinate technical support with Pyxis when required, and protect the form from spam. We do not publish or display quotation prices through this form.
Where it goes
Submitted enquiries are stored by HXST on Cloudflare's platform. HXST does not currently send an automated email; the team reviews new enquiries directly and may continue the conversation through WhatsApp. The buyer receives a private recovery link and reference, not a full enquiry embedded in a WhatsApp URL.
Retention and requests
The enquiry retention target is 180 days, subject to final owner and legal review. WhatsApp conversations follow the retention and deletion controls of the HXST account.
